Thank you for your extremely prompt delivery of my order, No 0000174033. The joints came with no instructions and I have not the faintest idea how to fit them!!!

Thank you for your enquiry ... each joint is made up of three parts.

1. a small metal starlock fixing washer.
2. a plastic disc with a hole in the centre.
3. a large disc with a long spike in the centre.

Fixing the joint into your teddy will go something like this.
The exact procedure will depend on the instructions you have and the pattern you are working from.

Take part3. (the large disc with a long spike in the centre.) insert into the head with the long spike sticking out to create a neck.

Join the head and neck to the body by pushing the long spike into the body, then push part2. (the plastic disc with a hole in the centre.) over the spike and fix in place by pushing part1
(the small metal starlock fixing washer.) onto the spike.

Pushing the metal starlock fixing washer over the spike may prove difficult, (the firmer it is the safer it will be.) You can use a pliers, or we also sell an Aluminium Safety tool for fixing, see http://www.fredaldous.co.uk/product_472930007.htm

Any problems let me know.
