If you can't log into the website here's some simple steps that should help.........

1. Click "forgotten password"

2. When prompted enter the email address you used when creating your account. Then click send

3. Close down www.fredaldous.co.uk so it's no longer in your browser.

4. Retrieve your new password that will have been sent to your email address.

5. Re-open www.fredaldous.co.uk and type (don't copy and paste) your new password.

6. You should now be able to log in to your account.
